A modalidade de parceria \u00e9 uma nova habilita\u00e7\u00e3o do Programa Casa Verde e Amarela e a CEHAP \u00e9 o \u00fanico ente p\u00fablico no Estado habilitado a firmar tais parcerias no \u00e2mbito desse programa habitacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Residencial Virg\u00edlio Trindade ser\u00e1 o primeiro empreendimento do Programa a ser assinado no Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O complexo habitacional ocupar\u00e1 uma \u00e1rea de 44.408,23 metros quadrados e cada condom\u00ednio contar\u00e1 com sistema de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de energia solar fotovoltaica para as \u00e1reas comuns como guarita, espa\u00e7o gourmet, \u00e1rea de lazer, piscina, estacionamento interno, quadra de areia, playground e at\u00e9 play dog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada unidade habitacional possui 56,33m\u00b2, sendo composta por sala de estar\/jantar, cozinha, \u00e1rea de servi\u00e7o, su\u00edte, quarto e banheiro social. Cada bloco residencial ser\u00e1 composto por t\u00e9rreo mais tr\u00eas pavimentos, com quatro unidades por pavimento e possuir\u00e1 unidades adapt\u00e1veis para pessoas com defici\u00eancia. As unidades habitacionais ser\u00e3o destinadas a fam\u00edlias com renda mensal bruta entre R$ 1.400,00 at\u00e9 R$ 4.000,00.
